
OK, so I'm back on my diet this week trying a new approach. Yes, I've been exercising...well, actually going for a walk every night. Last night, I did three miles but had problems getting up this morning. I think I'll just do one or two tonight. Also, I have been working on a new diet plan. My goal is to have a 1500 calorie intake every day, and the way that I've been going at it is called the "Wing Tabasco Diet". So far, it's been great! When you add Tabasco to your food, it becomes so spicy that your stomach feels satisfied and you don't want anymore. It really works!
